Since the idea was introduced and the largest companies started signing up in 2012, we are now approaching the final phase.  By April 2018, every employer within the county will have to offer a Workplace Pension and automatically enrol all Eligible employees into their pension scheme.  Whilst this has been well received by employers and employees alike, it would appear the population is hungry for more advice and guidance in this area.
